LCS Productions, the in-house theatre at the School Street Playhouse, is back again and is thrilled to announce open auditions for the production of the Award winning musical, “The Addams Family - The Musical”. Music & Lyrics by Andrew Rippa and Book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. Based on characters created by Charles Addams.

Directed by Lisa Sherouse. Choreographed by Megan Tames and Musically Directed by Mark Schroeder.

Audition Information
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 7:00 pm – 10:00 PM
Weds, June 10th, 2026 7:00 pm – 10:00 PM

Call Backs
Thursday, June 11th, 2026 7:00 pm – 10:00 PM

Auditions will run in 1-hour segments. You will be required to sing 16 - 32 bars of a song NOT from this musical but in a similar style. Please bring your own audition track. There will also be a short dance component to the audition so please dress comfortably. No monologue is required. Time permitting, there may be cold reads from the script during auditions. If not, cold reads will definitely be at call backs.

School Street Playhouse, 101 School Street, Cu***ng, GA 30040

Roles
All roles available. Open to ages 14 and up. Non-equity, non-paying and no fee.

Production and Performance Dates
Rehearsals begin July 13th. First 2 weeks will be Mon, Tues and Weds evenings from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Remaining weeks will be Tues, Weds and Thurs evenings from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
As we get closer to opening some Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM will be added in. Be mindful that for the first few weeks you won’t be required at every rehearsal. Only when needed.

Show runs for 4 weekends, Friday, September 11th – October 4th, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM.
