History made! MW Grand Master Randall L. Watson and his grand line installed the officers of all three lodges at the Cumberland Masonic Temple today. Congratulations to WM Sam Lane and the officers of Queen City Lodge No. 131, WM Chris Lawson and the officers of East Gate Lodge No. 216, and WM Chris Ackerman and the officers of Potomac Lodge No.100 AF&AM on a wonderful day. “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”

Special thanks to McKinley Chapter No. 12, Order of the Eastern Star and the young men of Cumberland Chapter Order of Demolay for preparing and serving a fantastic breakfast and lunch for a capacity crowd.

OPEN INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS

MW Grand Master Randall L. Watson and the Grand Line will Install the officers of all three Cumberland Lodges on Saturday, January 10, 2026 beginning at 9:00 am. These Installations are all OPEN and friends and family are invited to attend.

Applications for the Masonic Charities Of Maryland scholarships for the graduating class of 2026 are now open at [www.mdmasoncischolarship.org](http://www.mdmasoncischolarship.org).

We have more than $60,000 in scholarships to award and these scholarships are open to any graduating public school student and can be applied to any accredited college, university or trade school.

Last year we had a record number of applicants and with your help, this year we can have even more!
