We are celebrating our Centennial beginning with our 100th birthday on September 20, 2016 and concluding our festivities on Incorporation Day on September 20, 2017. That was the motivation behind Harry Culver’s decision to find Culver City in 1917, halfway between downtown Los Angeles and Abbot Kinney’s Venice at a place where “All roads lead to Culver City.”

We are also using our Centennial to s

howcase the active civic, non-profit organizations, and companies located in the community and serve our residents. These businesses enhance our quality of life and have made Culver City such a unique place to live, work, learn and play every day for the past 100 years. So please join us in our celebration. There are many ways to do so – sponsor an activity, attend an event, share your story and photos, become a volunteer Centennial Ambassador or even help donate to defray our costs.
