We want to give the biggest thank you to everyone that has supported us, those that have continued to support the drags for the last 5 years and the all the new, those that have volunteered their time or equipment or land, those that have given any kind of donation, we seriously cannot thank you enough. I say it every drag, we couldn't do it without you guys and we truly mean that, it takes A LOT to host an event, a lot that most don't realize, a lot of time, planning, money, stress lol We worry one of our license isn't going to get approved, will we have enough food, is everyone going to like said food, did we remember everything (nope but we make do lol), what is the weather is terrible we won't get anyone through the gate, what if not many trucks show, do we have enough help the day of, what are we going to do if we have a big enough fire we are all needed for, then what (being we are both on the fire deptartment and they are a huge portion of our help), the list goes on and on but every race we figured it out BUT when we hear spectators say, "all I have heard about all week is the mud drags this weekend, our son absolutely loves coming", "this is one of the nicest tracks", "you guys have such a beautiful place" (thanks mom and dad because it's their land) "we had an awesome time", "we will be back in the fall", "we love coming to the drags" it makes up for the chaos and stress leading up to race day and it's what keeps us going so when we say thank you, we aren't even beginning to hit the tip of the ice berg of how absolutely grateful we are for everyone that is a part of or attending Uren Dirtworks Mud.
