🚨 BIG SMOKE SHOW – OFFICIAL RESCHEDULE UPDATE 🚨

After closely monitoring the weather and the severe storm warnings, including tornado chances, we made the difficult decision to reschedule.

The safety of our vendors, competitors, sponsors, entertainers, and families will always come first. With conditions like that, it simply wasn’t worth the risk.

🌪️ Texas weather kept changing by the hour, but once tornado potential entered the forecast, we knew we had to act responsibly.

🚨 BIG SMOKE SHOW DATE UPDATE 🚨

After closely watching the weather and working through logistics, we have made the decision to move The Big Smoke Show BBQ Competition & Festival to November 7, 2026.

Here’s what you need to know:

✔️ All approved vendors, competing pits, sponsors, and VIP ticket holders have been personally notified and given the option to move their spots/tickets to the new November date.
✔️ All General Admission ticket holders have been fully refunded.
✔️ We are committed to making this event incredible, and that means doing it right.

Texas weather keeps us on our toes 🤠 and while we were prepared to roll with it, we want to ensure the best and safest possible experience for everyone involved.

This festival is something we’ve worked incredibly hard on alongside our partners, and we cannot wait to bring you an even bigger, better Smoke Show this fall.

We are Chaz & Shelby Forster, the owners of:

• Crowley Market on Main
• Grandview Artisan Market
• Granbury Farm & Artisan Market

We’ve been organizing community markets and events for 10+ years, and we truly love bringing people together through food, small businesses, and family-friendly experiences.

The City of Crowley, TX partners with us each week for Crowley Market on Main, and together we decided to bring something BIG to downtown Crowley, which is how The Big Smoke Show was born. We chose to make it an IBCA sanctioned BBQ competition because we wanted to do it right and bring a legitimate, high quality event to our community.

This is our first year for The Big Smoke Show, so we don’t have years of event photos to post yet, and we understand that can sometimes make a new event look questionable online. After this year’s festival, we’ll have TONS of real photos, videos, and memories to share.

But for now, just know this:

✅ This event is real.
✅ The City of Crowley is involved.
✅ The pits are signed up.
