Looking forward to this new family activity center at your Fair.

A check presentation by Cresco Bank & Trust to the Howard County Agriculture Society for $5,000 was held at the Farn Bureau meeting room March 10th. Fund raising is under way for “Grandpa Tom’s Barne” to be constructed in “Farm Bureau Park” located at the Ho. Co. Fairgrounds. A goal of $80,000 has been set by the MHCF in cooperation with the Howard County Farm Bureau. The “Barne” will feature educational and interactive activities for youngsters related to farm life during the Howard County Fair.

Well, it has taken a little longer than we had hoped, but we now can share with all our Saturday night concert at the 2026 Mighty Howard County Fair. Looking forward to a great evening featuring Joe Nichols, along with Iowa native Hailey Whitters.

The Mighty Howard County Fairboard would like to THANK Becky Dunn for ALL of her hard work with organizing the Craft Fair…..this year was a little extra stressful and you had many phone calls and a lot of extra work with the snow but you rocked it!! Thanks

Becky, along with the fairboard, want to thank everyone that ventured out for the Mighty Howard County Holiday Craft Fair. Whether it was the vendors or the shoppers. We made the best of what we were dealt. Despite the weather outside. We made it work for all the vendors to be in one building.
Thank you to all that pitched in to help move a few vendors to be ready when show opened.
Thank you to the faurboard members who helped maje this a great success!
It was a wonderful day. Happy Holidays to all!

The Mighty Howard County Craft Fair is still on from 9-3 today.
ALL OF OUR VENDORS ARE IN THE EXPO….due to the weather a few vendors made the decision to cancel which we understand…..
Be safe but if you’re out and about today, stop out to the Expo at The Mighty Howard County Fairgrounds from 9-3 today.
