Defensible Space Disposal Day is happening:

🗓 May 2–3, 2026 | ⏰ 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
📍 Del Norte County Fairgrounds, Crescent City

Drop off woody debris (brush, shrubs, limbs, small trees) at no cost and help reduce wildfire risk in your community.

⚠️ No trash, treated wood, grass, or soil. Loads must be secured and covered.

This event is a collaboration between Caltrans District 1, CAL FIRE Humboldt - Del Norte Unit, Del Norte County Fairgrounds, and Crescent City Fire and Rescue
