Front of House Staff – The Elliotte on Park (Cranston, RI)

The Elliotte on Park is seeking experienced Front of House staff to join our event team! We host weddings, showers, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations, and we’re looking for reliable, professional team members who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Bartending and servicing the lounge
• Servers servicing guests at tables, clearing plates and glasses,
• Event set-up and breakdown
• Providing outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in bartending, serving, or front of house hospitality required
• Must be able to lift 20+ lbs
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
• Flexible availability (nights and weekends are our busiest times)
• Willing to work occasionally at offsite events
• Bartenders must be TIP certified
