🎪 MEET OUR MONSTERS MONDAY: LOLLY — THE CIRCUS DOLL 🎪
Before Blackwater became a place people feared, Lolly was the little girl everyone came to see.
She rode her tiny bicycle through the circus, balanced beneath the lights, danced between the tents, and smiled while the crowd cheered her name. They called her The Circus Doll because she was always dressed perfectly, painted perfectly, and performed exactly as she was told.
But Blackwater's circus was never really about entertainment.
Behind the music and laughter, the circus had become part of something much darker. The ringmaster and several performers had joined the rituals spreading throughout Blackwater. Every performance became a ceremony. Every audience unknowingly became witnesses.
And eventually, the circus needed an offering.
They chose Lolly.
They painted her face one final time, dressed her for the show, and told her she was about to perform the greatest act of her life.
She believed them.
But when the curtains opened, there was no applause.
Only chanting.
Whatever happened beneath that tent changed Lolly forever.
The next morning, the circus was abandoned.
The tents were empty.
The performers were gone.
But sitting alone in the center of the ring was Lolly…
still smiling.
Now she wanders what's left of Blackwater's circus, riding that same little bicycle and searching for someone willing to play with her.
She'll wave.
She'll smile.
She might even ask you to follow her.
Don't.
Because Lolly isn't looking for a friend.
She's looking for her replacement.
The old ritual was never completed, and Lolly believes the circus won't finally release her until another person takes her place beneath the big top.
So if you hear the squeak of a little bicycle coming through the darkness…
Move.
Because when Lolly stops pedaling and points at you—
the circus has chosen its next star.
🎪 The show must go on… even when the audience is gone.
