This one was fun! 🤩

I mean, they all are…but this was the first masquerade themed party. 🎭

And, surprisingly first time having a DJ! Spade Schmitt was 🔥- gonna be my first choice when y’all need those tables turning!! 🎤🎧

What a great night for this Sweet 16 birthday party. Very nice family and friends of the birthday girl- made for a special night. 🖤💛🤍

Oh, and look at me!!! I remembered to take pictures! Definitely do not do the vibe justice!

Apparently, having a day job AND running Maeve’s Place is my idea of a good time. 😂

I’ve come to the conclusion that after years of Disaster Response and Project Management, I’m simply not happy unless I’m juggling 25 things, putting out fires, and creating a little chaos of my own. So, naturally, I’ve added a few more things to my calendar!

And speaking of calendars, October at Maeve’s Place is shaping up to be a whole lot of fun!

🎭 THIS WEEKEND: We’re transforming Maeve’s Place for a masquerade-themed Sweet 16! Black, gold, a little mystery, and plenty of sparkle. I’ve been having so much fun putting the decorations together, and I can’t wait to see it all come to life! I’d promise to take pictures, but we all know how that usually goes. I make that promise every time, and then promptly break it. 😂

And, don’t forget to pop into the Plant Swap happening on Sunday from 1 to 4. You know you’ve been meaning to come. Your inner green thumb demands it. 🪴

🍸 NEXT WEEKEND, OCTOBER 17: Midnight Margaritas! This one has me especially excited. I’ve been having an absolutely ridiculous amount of fun picking out decorations and dreaming up all the little details for a magical, slightly witchy, ladies’ night out. Think potions, pretty things, a little mischief, and plenty of laughter!

🔎 OCTOBER 24: The Secret Table Society returns with our October mystery dinner, Mile Marker 16. A mysterious hunting cabin, a few suspicious characters, and a dinner party where nothing is quite what it seems. We still have seats available if you’d like to join us!

And somewhere in between all of that, there’s the everyday magic of Maeve’s Place.

Whether it’s a milestone birthday, bridal shower, intimate wedding, girls’ night, or simply an excuse to gather your favorite people, Maeve’s Place is made for those smaller, more personal celebrations where the atmosphere matters just as much as the occasion.

I love creating spaces and experiences that feel a little different, a little special, and a whole lot of fun.

OK TRIBE, LISTEN UP!

As a TRUE Mom & Pop craft brewery, MULTIPLE rainy weekends and event cancellations hit hard... and that’s just the reality of the industry right now. And after an unusually SLOW and HOT Summer both in the taproom and out in the market, plus all these dang event cancellations, we’re feeling it.

But here’s the thing: WE'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE 😤
We’re hustling, we’re brewing, we’re planning, and we’re FIGHTING to stay part of this incredible community... especially since we’ve watched too many amazing local breweries close their doors in recent years.

So as we set our sights on COOLER WEATHER and a STRONG finish to the year, we’re asking for a little extra support from the people who make this place what it is... YOU!

Arches, backdrops, greenery, florals, linens, tablescapes, candles, signs, neons, décor, serving pieces and enough random beautiful stuff to make my storage situation a conversation for another day.

It may not be in 2026, but be on the lookout for a kids experience inspired by Wonka. 😉

By the way, had I know this competition was available, you can bet I would have tried to sign up, I am a HUGE W***y Wonka fan. I mean, I get emotional when they walk into the The Chocolate Room. One could say, it’s probably where a significant part of my imagination for creating worlds came from.
