Not sure about picking up a Boston butt? You’re not alone—if you’re wondering what it even is, it’s a cut of pork shoulder that cooks up tender and flavorful, perfect for all kinds of meals.

This week’s “What’s for Dinner?” ideas using cooked Boston butt:

• Pulled pork sandwiches – topped with BBQ sauce and coleslaw
