The Pickle Stand came from cheering friends in DK 2019. We had no idea the number of riders who would desperately ask for assistance with hydration and cramps. We began slowly with coolers of water and leftover pickle juice. This year dozens of Kahola neighbors dropped off supplies, local restaurants contributed pickle juice, and Kahola Cantina kept us stocked with ice water.
