We like to think of Celebrate CB as the official kickoff to summer!

School spirit was front and center at this year’s Celebrate CB Parade!
We were proud to have local high school mascots and the Iowa Western Community College mascot serve as our 2026 Celebrate CB Grand Marshals!

From the sidelines to the stands and throughout the community, these mascots bring energy, pride, and excitement all year long. They helped lead the parade as a fun and spirited symbol of community connection across Council Bluffs.
