The last of the equipment and misc items will be available for pick up this Sunday 12-2.

An updated list will be posted prior.

No more rowers, bikes, plates or women’s barbells are available.

We will have hex dumbbells 50-100 , rigs, some mats, pull up bars, squat racks, axle bars, men’s oly bars, a few boxes, benches, barbell holders and climbing walls. TVs, computers, desks, chairs, Pepsi fridge.

I will be at the gym tomorrow (Tuesday) 8-10 and then 3-5pm.
