I can price your home right, market it hard, and bring serious buyers through the door. I can negotiate strong offers and guide you through the stress of inspections and closing.

But there are still things I cannot fix once a buyer walks in, and I’ve seen them hurt deals.

Here are 3 seller mistakes I cannot undo once we go live:

1️⃣ Poor staging or cluttered rooms. Buyers struggle to feel excited. The home feels smaller and less valuable fast.
2️⃣ Ignoring the main living spaces. Living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom carry most of the emotional weight. If those miss the mark, offers usually follow.
3️⃣ Weak online presentation. Bad photos kill interest before showings even happen. Fewer clicks means fewer chances at strong offers.

This is why I always bring in staging support when needed. I work with a staging pro I trust so your home shows at its highest value from day one.

If you want a smoother sale and stronger offers, I’ll help you set the right plan before your listing ever hits the market.

Millcreek locals already know summer here goes by way too fast.

These are the events actually worth putting on your calendar:

🕶️ Venture Out Friday Festivals
🕶️ Millcreek Summer Jam Concert Series
🕶️ Independence Eve Big Air Show
🕶️ Millcreek Arts Fest
🕶️ Holladay Summer Concert Series
🕶️ Murray Lunch Concert Series

This is the stuff that makes living in Millcreek feel fun again after months of dreary weather. This is also a huge part of why people fall in love with the city. Walkability, local events, easy summer nights, and having something to do close to home matters more than people think.

I see it all the time while helping clients move around Millcreek.

What’s the ONE Millcreek summer event you never skip?

Salt Lake summer is way too good to spend figuring out plans last minute.

Here’s what’s actually worth doing:

⛱️ Venture Out Friday Festivals • Fridays, 6:30-9:30pm through August
⛱️ Millcreek Summer Jam Concert Series • Thursdays, 7:00-9:00pm through August
⛱️ Independence Eve Big Air Show • July 3rd, 9:30pm
⛱️ Millcreek Arts Fest • August 22nd-24th
⛱️ Holladay Summer Concert Series • Wednesdays, 7:00pm through August

These are the events locals actually wait for every year. The kind where you accidentally stay out all day, spend too much on food carts, and remember why everyone survives the dreary months.

As an agent, this is honestly the side of Salt Lake I love showing people most. Every neighborhood feels different in the summer.

DM me and I’ll send you my full Salt Lake summer list with markets, patios, events, dog-friendly spots, and hidden gems worth checking out before summer disappears.

Even if selling isn't on your radar, this still matters.

The deck or patio is one of the few spaces in your home that lives outside the daily routine. It's easy to walk past it for nine months and only notice it again when the weather turns.

By then the boards have moved, the seal has worn off, and the cleanup feels bigger than it needs to.

A weekend of attention now keeps it from becoming a project later. And if you ever do decide to sell, you've already handled one of the things buyers walk straight to.

Send me a DM and I'll get my pre-summer outdoor checklist over to you.

The deck doesn't usually go bad slowly. It goes bad in one afternoon. The wrong pressure washer, the skipped step, the rushed reseal.

I've watched homeowners spend a weekend "refreshing" their deck and end up needing a full replacement two summers later. The work was right. The order was wrong.

If you've got a deck on your to-do list this season, save this before you rent the pressure washer.

And if you'd rather not gamble on a contractor, send me a DM. I'll get you the name of someone who does this the right way.

Your yard is sending buyers a signal before they ever walk inside. 🌿

Most sellers put all their energy into the interior but curb appeal is where first impressions are made.

A few things that actually make a difference:
→ Layer your plants (taller near the house, lower at the edge)
→ Sharp edging and clean walkways
→ Frame your front door with simple greenery

You're not just doing yard work. You're shaping the feeling that sets the tone for the entire showing.

Thinking about selling? Send me a message. I'll walk the property with you and help you figure out where to start.

You don’t need a full yard overhaul to get strong offers. You need the right changes.

I’ve been working closely with a landscaping pro to see what actually helps sellers stand out, and these three tips come up every time:

1️⃣ Keep plants cohesive
Too many plant styles create clutter. Buyers don’t see design, they see work. A simple, consistent look feels clean and easy to manage.

2️⃣ Simplify the space
When a yard has too many features, buyers start thinking about maintenance right away. A clean layout with one clear focus makes the space feel calm and usable.

3️⃣ Add lighting
This is one of the easiest upgrades. Without it, your home feels incomplete at night. With it, you create warmth, safety, and a better first impression.

What buyers want is simple. Clean layout. Easy upkeep. A space that feels calm the second they arrive.

That feeling creates confidence, and confidence leads to stronger offers.

I don’t guess on this. I bring in trusted pros to help my clients make smart choices. If you want your home to feel dialed in and ready to sell, I’ll help you map it out step by step.

Quiet. Private. And still in the middle of everything.

It doesn't get much better than this. 8124 S Macks Inn Circle is just over 4,000 square feet of wide open spaces. With 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for you and your loved ones. Did I mention the nearly 10,000 square foot lot, the fact that it sits at the entrance to Barney's Creek trailhead, and that it's priced at under $750,000?

Share this home with a friend you know who's looking to live in West Jordan close to everything and yet still tucked away from everything.

Q1 felt uncertain — and if you were trying to buy or sell, you felt it.

Rates moved. Headlines changed weekly. A lot of people paused.

But the market didn't stall. It adjusted.

Here's what actually happened in Q1 and what it means if you're thinking about making a move right now.
