Straight from My Bees to You
Using the Greek word for “Insect”, Entomos refers to my many years of studying, selling and raising insects. I use that knowledge to raise bees here in Central New York: bees that are never shuttled from place to place or stressed with artificial feeds or harsh chemical treatments. Years of selecting productive survivor colonies results in a land race of honey bee ideally suited to the unique environment of the Finger Lakes, and a honey that fully embodies the spirit of where they live.
