Wonderful seminar by Alexandre Gabriel at the last night. Wonderful to sample the new series “Legends of Rum” dedicated to several of the greats in the rum industry: Thierry Gardere of Barbancourt in Haiti, Digger Henderson of WIRD in Barbados and Laurie Barnard of St Lucia Distillery. Not to mention the release of HOGO Monsta!

Quite an evening, especially with Mai Kai Rum No 1 for sale in the gift shop at the restaurant, as well as available in many of your cocktails.
