Family Fun Day is nearly here! Family Fun Day is Saturday, April 29, at John Topits Park, from 10am to 2pm. Join the fun and bring all of the family! The Run Starts at the National Guard Armory located on Norman St. ( Right by the New Taco Bell in Empire District)

8:00 am - Registration for the Run begins at the National Guard Armory on Norman Street (Same road as the New Taco Bell in Empire)
9:00am - 1 mile Fun Run begins
10am-2pm - Family Fun Day Activity Booths at John Topits, (Upper Empire Lakes)

There will be a free BBQ lunch, sponsored by Northwest Natural Gas. Other sponsors and participants include but are not limited to; Head Start/Family First; Coos Health & Wellness; Coos Rotary Club; Oregon Department of Forestry; Life Change Church; Kairos; Court Appointed Special Advocates; Coquille Tribe; 4-H; The Mill Casino; Bay Area Hospital; K-DOCK radio; Advanced Health; Coos Hispanic Allies; and The City of Coos Bay. The list keeps growing! Each booth will have activities, education, and some prizes. Kids' HOPE Center will be bringing back their "Golden Ticket" prize packages also.

Welcome to Bus Jam Saturday! Drop off your donations of a new unwrapped toy, non perishable food or cash to one of our collection sites. Teams are at CB/NB Bi-Mart Stores and at Bandon US Cellular, 10 am to 3 pm.

Don’t miss the Bykes for Tykes Toy Run. The parade of bikes will leave Coos Cycle at 11 am and will make their way up 101 to North Bend Bi-Mart and then a final stop at Coos Bay Bi-Mart. This is truly a site to see! One you don’t want to miss!

We're teaming up with K-DOCK 92.9 FM Classic Hits Radio again this year for the Bus Jam! Bring in a new-in-package toy valued at $10 or more with receipt to the Mill Club Booth for $10 in Free Slot Play. We're collecting toys every day starting today until Nov. 30, and all items go to the K-DOCK Bus Jam.

Join K-DOCK Radio for the NW Natural and McKay's Market Shopping Spree on November 16th starting at 8 AM. North Bend Superintendent Kevin Bogatin will face off against Coos Bay Superintendent Charis McGaughy inside the Downtown Coos Bay McKay's Market in a 90 second challenge to fill their shopping carts with as much food as they can. The contestant with the most items in their shopping cart will be announced winner. The food will be donated to Bus Jam Toy and Food Drive.

Ghouls just wanna have fun and so do we. Get ready for Trick or Treating in downtown Coos Bay Monday, October 31st starting at 3:00 pm. Just look for participating businesses displaying the Orange Poster in their window from 3pm to 5pm.
