Local property management company/builder, looking for the right new addition to our office staff. Must have well developed organizational skills, communication skills, computer skills, and problem solving skills. Would prefer someone with past property management experience but will train the right person. Must be able to solve problems, and communicate with tenants. Must like to organize and file, past collections experience helpful. We offer flexible hours, no Sundays, 20 to 30 hours a week.
