Cooperstown, Middlefield, East Springfield and Otsego please be aware that on June 6th Race The Lake runners will be on the roads. The marathon will start exactly at 7am in Glimmerglass State Park and the Half marathon will begin on Route 80 near the Fenimore Art Museum, both will travel along Otsego Lake. Racers will be running with traffic, and law enforcement will be ensuring safety for all. The projected timeline is from 7am to 2pm with about 650 total racers between the 4 distances. We would love to have you join us and cheer these racers on to the finish. Registrations have come in from 28 different states, and 2 countries so come out and show what our community is all about. Cheer, clap, ring bells, and blow horns for these racers as they take in our beautiful Otsego County.
