Rattlesnake Dick 50K is doing a fantastic collab with our Ultrarunning G.O.A.T. & top Running Coach Cole Watson. Cole won the race in 2024 and set the unbreakable Course Record of 4:04:05!
By registering for the Rattlesnake Dick 50K you have the option to purchase a static training plan from Cole for an additional $50. This is a beginner / intermediate plan for the Rattlesnake Dick 50K that has 3800 ft of elevation gain. Plan should only be started with a proper 4-8 weeks of easy base mileage prior. Overall weekly mileage is not reflected accurately due to the mid-week workouts being written in time format, but approximately ranges from 30-60 miles per week. Long run mileage and elevation recommendations are intended to be approximate targets. Plan is written with the ability to train 5 -6 days per week. Thursdays and Sundays are the days the flexibility for that has been structured in. It's the user's choice whether to take a complete day of rest or cross train to their liking.
