The Putnam County Convention Center is currently accepting applications for our part-time Event Reset Team!

✨ Position Responsibilities Include:
• Event setup and tear down
• Setting up tables, chairs, and event spaces
• Resetting rooms between events
• Staying on-site during events to assist as needed
• Light cleaning and general facility upkeep
• Helping ensure our facility is ready to welcome guests

This is a part-time position with hours that may vary depending on our event schedule. It’s a great opportunity to be part of the team that helps keep events running smoothly at the Putnam County Convention Center!

Dr. Kent Dollar – The Civil War in Putnam County and in the Upper Cumberland

Dr. Dollar serves as Chair of the TTU History Department. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1986, his master’s from Mississippi College in 1994, and his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee in 2001. He specializes in 19th-century America and the Civil War.
