(Olde Town Conyers, GA - October 13, 2024) - It is with great sadness we announce the cancellation of Halloween & Harvest Festival, initially set for October 31 to November 3, 2024, in Olde Town Conyers. This difficult decision comes after our October 5th postponement due to the hurricanes across the Southeast United States, as well as the BioLab chemical plant fire in Conyers, Georgia.

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our fans, talent, staff, and the local community. With the widespread impact of these events-many of our attendees, partners, and performers have been directly affected—we believe it is in the best interest of all involved to cancel the downtown street festival as planned.

All orders will be refunded in the order placed back to the original payment method. There is no need for you to take any further action at this time including emails. PLEASE read the FAQ bellow. Due to the volume and individual nature of the refunds processing, refunds will take 4-6 weeks for us to complete and up to 30 business days to reflect to your account depending on your payment method.

We deeply appreciate the patience, ongoing support and understanding of our fans and community during this challenging time.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by these recent events, and we extend our gratitude to the first responders and relief efforts working tirelessly to restore safety and order.

When accessing the document style for the vendor form you go to file > make a copy to save to your Google Drive/ Google Account and you can download or edit electronically before emailing to the address listed on the application. Alternatively, you can use this PNG format (photo based) document and save to your camera roll/save to your files/photos of your PC to print and fill out or edit electronically.

This Australian actor spent hours a day in the hair and makeup chair getting into character for his role that brought him to Conyers for a couple of years…. and now he’s coming back!

But, could you imagine sitting in a chair for that long?!

He got to spend time with many of our Halloween & Harvest lineup in a show about the treacherous world of the French court.

No stranger to the world of television and film, this guest has been acting since the 90s, appearing in productions including The Jesters, Home & Away, Snowy River, and Neighbours… although unless you’re an Aussie you may not know them as well…

Embodying the persona of the ALMIGHTY NECROMANCER, if you ever passed him on the street out of character, you might not even recognize him. His costume was simply THAT GOOD! But, once he transformed into Ted, working at the Ice Dream Palace, his true identity was revealed.

The best part? This guest is truly just as funny and quick-wit as Ted! Yes, you guessed it right… Ben Geurens is coming BACK to Conyers and joining us at Halloween & Harvest all weekend for selfies, photo ops and autographs!

This French-American actor is one you’ve seen a time or two over the years, especially if you are into daytime soaps and… the Supernatural.

He is classically trained and has an extensive classical theatre background, most notably appearing with Al Pacino in Salome (1992).

Known for his roles on Odessy 5 and Fringe, his television and movie background spans multiple decades in diverse roles that showcase his wit, acting skills, and, of course, his wonderful accent.

His credits include several memorable appearances from the 1990s on popular US-based TV shows such as Undercover, Southbeach, and Liberty!

Let's be real here. You probably remember him from his role in over 300 episodes of General Hospital, the show that was a cherished part of your childhood or a daily tradition in your family. Whether you were the one glued to the TV or gathered around it with your loved ones, those episodes left a lasting impression.

For many of us… we will remember this line:
“The big bad wolf. You haven't changed; you still hide behind your playthings like a coward."

Klaus had been evading this character for what seemed like an eternity... A little family drama? I beg to differ. It spanned centuries, and the entire saga of the Mikaelson Family traces back to this enigmatic figure. Throughout The Vampire Diaries series, this character kept us on the edge of our seats.

Halloween and Harvest are bringing everyone’s favorite “PAPA” (as he loves to say!) to join us Friday & Saturday! Please welcome Sebastian Roché to our star-studded lineup, where he will be appearing for photo ops, autographs, selfies, and an ICONIC duo photo with Joseph Morgan at the Celtic Tavern (AKA: Gillespie’s Pub) from The Originals at THE table (Yes, you know the scene!)

No Sleep Til Christmas? Are you kidding? We have plenty of time! If you haven’t seen his appearance in this comedy on TV during the Holiday season, you are missing out because it is a must-watch for us!

This next guest announcement has television credits a mile long, dating back to the mid-2000s. You will recognize him in shows like That’s So Raven, Switched At Birth, and more!

Appearing in YOUNGER, the longest-running ORIGINAL series in TVLand’s history, sauntering onto the scene at Empirical Publishing to shake things up…. this isn’t the first time this guest’s character jumped in mid-season to make things interesting…

Upon the conclusion of the record-breaking series, he went on to NCIS: New Orleans, where he played Quentin for 23 episodes….

Our INCREDIBLE next guest announcement: Charles Michael Davis, best known for his iconic, emotional, and memorable performance as Marcel Gerard of The Originals will be coming back to Conyers (the New Orleans set of The Originals) to reunite with many of his cast mates and the rest of the Halloween & Harvest crew Friday and Saturday!

If you haven’t had the honor of meeting this incredible human, get ready! He has the best stories, and if you’ve ever had a meet & greet with him, you already know!

In addition to many additional television and film credits, including 47 Meters Down 🦈 , Mean Girls 2, and Messengers 2, this self-proclaimed “child wrangler” is a Mum of three beautiful kiddos and a lover of fashion, beauty, and blogging!

When comparing her most recent character she played on STARZ to the one you likely recognize her for; she would describe them both as....

Survivors who fight for their families at all costs.

Born in California and then moved to Canada with her family, a modeling career was the gateway into a world of acting. As a competitive softball player, she learned a thing or two about having tough skin in an industry like this. Faced with the difficult choice of sports or the big screen, the decision was made and she moved to LA in pursuit of a career in acting.

Known for being a girly girl, she is the founder of her merch company, Love Coven, and enjoys chatting about all thing’s makeup, clothes, and, of course, Taylor Swift!

We know her as Freya Mikelson in The Originals and Renee in the HIGHLY-rated Hightown on STARZ. You loved her in Roswell: New Mexico and enjoyed her feature in Chicago Med and many other television productions.
