If you are looking for fun, delicious & creative way to treat dad for Father’s Day this year , book a private Pasta Making experience at your home! I bring all the supplies, ingredients & step by step instructions. PS: Dad is tired of grilling & cooking together is so fun! I had to google the US dollar equivalent of this course, and it is $2, 650.00 US. And that is not including room & board/hotel/Airfare + vacation time. It looks wonderful and has a deep dive on content taught…
but …if you can’t jump a flight to Italy and do something of this magnitude, you can still learn how to make pasta and have a wonderful experience! And a lesson ( individual or group!) is very economical, less than a dinner out actually! Did you ever want to entertain but not have to do it in a crowded, loud restaurant where your group is NOT the focus? Well, you can learn in a 1:1 setting or make it a party! Let me share my recipes, technique’s and tips with you, it’s always fun, engaging & low key. And you can recreate the recipes for future family dinners and impressive hosting for your friends. I now have what the NY Italians might call an “egg connect” in SC… 😂 and omg….they are beauties!!! Can you fall in love with eggs?? They have those gorgeous vibrant yolks that you just don’t get in eggs from the supermarket, these are some pampered hens I hear! Pics from our own “hen party” 😂 where my neighbor Gayle & I prepped some pasta for our freezers, ( cavatelli & handcut Parpadelle - my most recent crush- just love the wide silky soft ribbons !) made some sauce to freeze and had a lot of laughs. A night in the kitchen is good for the soul!
