VENDORS WANTED for Convoy Community Days 2026!

Calling all craft vendors, food trucks, boutiques, makers, bakers, basket weavers, candle pourers, jewelry creators, direct sales pros, side-hustlers, small businesses, and anyone with something awesome to share!

We’re looking to pack Convoy Community Days with as many vendors as possible on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Vendor registration is only $30 for the day.

Vendor hours will be 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but vendors are welcome to stay later if they’d like. We’ll have events happening throughout the day and into the night, with festival activities continuing until midnight.

Whether you sell handmade goods, food, clothing, crafts, treats, home décor, boutique items, or something totally unique, we’d love to have you be part of the day.

We are fired up to officially announce that Derek Jones & The 50 South will be taking over Downtown Convoy on Friday, July 10, 2026 for Convoy Community Days! 🔥🎸

Get ready for a night of country, rock, grit, and small-town summer energy as Derek Jones & The 50 South hit the stage from 8:00 PM to MIDNIGHT.

This is going to be one of those nights people talk about long after the last song rings through town.

🎤 CONVOY… IT’S TIME TO TAKE THE STAGE! 🎤

Saturday night at Convoy Community Days is getting a serious upgrade.

We’re bringing karaoke to the main band stage downtown by the water tower, and this won’t be your average “sing one song in the corner” kind of night. This is big-stage karaoke with lights, a crowd, cold drinks, cash prizes, and a whole lot of small-town Saturday night energy.

Here’s the lineup:

6:00 PM - Youth Karaoke
For the younger performers ready to grab the mic and show us what they’ve got!

7:00 PM - Open Karaoke
Not looking to compete? This hour is for anyone who just wants to sing for fun and enjoy their moment on the band stage.

Around 8:00 PM - Convoy Karaoke Showdown
This is where the competition begins. Contestants will perform for a chance to win cash prizes, with secret judges and audience voting helping decide the top performances of the night.

💰 $500 top prize
🎤 Cash prizes for the Top 3 performances
🕵️ Secret judges
👏 Audience favorite voting
🍻 Alcohol sales available that evening

Because stage time is limited, all singers must register through the link below, including Youth Karaoke, Open Karaoke, and the Karaoke Showdown.
