We’re looking for amazing food vendors to help bring the flavor to one of Conroe’s favorite annual traditions. If you serve up crowd favorites, festival foods, sweet treats, Cajun bites, or something unique, we want to hear from you!

🎉 2026 Exhibitor Applications Are Now Open! 🎉

The 37th Annual Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival is returning to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds on October 9–11, 2026, and we are now accepting exhibitor applications!

This is a great opportunity for vendors, businesses, boutiques, makers, organizations, and community groups to showcase their products and services in front of thousands of festival attendees.

Our exhibitor area will be indoors this year with access points near festival traffic, giving vendors a great setup to connect with the community all weekend long.
