We love seeing everyone’s favorite running superhero GETTING fives at the Cap City Half and GIVING them out at Grandview Yard.

Between being super, incredible and an awesome musician, Chris Glover is a constant champion for the Columbus running community and beyond.

As the founder of Safe Space Running and an M3S ambassador, Chris is always out there empowering and celebrating runners and walkers on their fitness journeys.

If you see Chris in the community or on the course, be sure to get/give him a solid high five!

Arriving safely to the Finish Line (& post-race party!) is no accident!

We’re incredibly grateful to the many groups and organizations who help make Cap City one of the safest events in the country. Thank you to the OhioHealth Medical Team & OhioHealth Sports Medicine, American Red Cross, Columbus Police & Fire Departments, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, our amazing race crew volunteers, course support teams, and so many more working behind the scenes.

And a special thank you to all of our partners—led by title partner OhioHealth—for helping make this event and post-race celebration such an incredible tribute to a healthy, active lifestyle!
