The Blue Knights® Motorcycle Club is an international non-profit fraternal organization consisting of active and retired law enforcement men and women who enjoy riding motorcycles and raising money for various charities. The club was started in 1974 by law enforcement officers from the Bangor, Maine area. Today we have 620 chapters with nearly 20,000 members in 26 countries. We are a family orient

ed club that welcomes all brands of motorcycles. Spouses, children and friends often accompany our members on rides and to various functions. Blue Knights Ohio V, based in Columbus, was reactivated in 2005. Ohio V members come from many Central Ohio law enforcement agencies in Franklin and Delaware County as well as OSHP. We will send you an application for membership. Basic membership qualifications for the Blue Knights® include:

Be an active full or part time law enforcement officer with powers of arrest. Be employed by a governmental agency and receive monetary compensation, or be a retired or disabled former law enforcement officer. Possess a valid license to operate a motorcycle. Own a motorcycle or plan to purchase one within six months.
