Our purpose is to create a strong and unified group of Ohio State Alumni and fans alike for the support of Ohio State Men's and Women's hockey. Let's stop allowing The Schott or the old barn to be easy venues for opposing teams and their fans to come into. Let's get loud, let's stand together, and let's support our men and women in Scarlet and Gray on the ice! The initial goal of the group is NOT

to become or act in the capacity of a booster group. Simply to get a group of like-minded fans to rally together to support our teams at home and on the road. We encourage everyone to cheer for our Buckeyes, but sexist, racist, homophobic talk/chants/cheers/etc will not be tolerated. This group is open to anyone who wants to support our hockey Buckeyes no matter their status, or even if they went to Michigan. If you're a fan that just wants to sit in your seat, be quiet, clap every once in a while... you probably won't fit in. If you're the fan that likes to jump on their feet, cheer till you've lost your voice, and hate Michigan...you'll fit right in. While this group works to coordinate hockey cheers and promotion of Ohio State hockey with student groups such as The Ohio State Knucklebucks and Block "O", The Scarlet Liners are not affiliated with The Ohio State University or The Ohio State University Department of Athletics.
