To our valued community, partners, vendors, sponsors, and supporters:
Due to lingering uncertainty surrounding critical operational elements of our upcoming event, CommWell Events LLC has made the difficult decision to cancel the Fall Community Meets & Treats + Indoor Spooktacular scheduled for October 31st.
As an organization built on community wellness and trust, our priority is always to protect the time, resources, and investment of every vendor, sponsor, and partner involved. When we bring an event to Columbus, we want to ensure it delivers on its full promise without compromise.
I am taking a step back to re-evaluate, refine our framework, and solidify a stronger path forward—one that will ultimately result in bigger, better, and more impactful experiences for our community in the future.
To everyone who signed up, reached out, partnered with us, or shared our posts: thank you. Your trust and belief in this vision are the true fuel in my dream-chasing engines, and this is simply a pause, not the end of the journey.
