Coming in from Atlanta, GA, Killian is the co-owner of Neon Tiger Atlanta and brings years of experience creating bold, readable tattoos across a wide range of skin tones.

🎓 PLUS — Killian will be teaching his “Understanding Melanin: Tattoo Design for ALL Skin Tones” seminar Sunday morning!

The seminar covers design theory, tattooing different skin tones, troubleshooting, and photographing your work — backed by nearly two decades of Killian’s research and experience.
