Completed in 2004, our facility is spacious and flexible, and it includes the latest amenities

and technologies desired by business and social event planners. Situated in a lushly landscaped green space, ringed by hardwoods and pines and a private lake, one would never know the William L. Yates Conference Center is located right off Interstates 20 and 26. This provides ease of access for in-town and out-of-town guests without the congestion of a downtown location. Yates Conference Center is part of the Center Point Professional Complex and includes extensive, free parking. Guests can drive right up to the building and park.
