Thank you to everyone who came out to the inaugural run. I hope recovery is going well and you've had time to cool down from the record high heat. We haven't had a day like that in March since 1907.

Congratulations Nicholas Steel on an impressive first-place finish with a time of 21:21:49 for the 110 mile race, the current course record. Also, Congratulations to Elena Suarez for the first female finish on the 110 mile. I'm equally impressed with Merry Mullins for finishing the 110 with minutes to spare. She stuck it out till the end and refused to quit.

Congratulations to Maxwell Todd on the first-place finish with a time of 10:20:01 for the 55 mile race, the current course record. And congratulations to Kimberly Gialdini for the first female finish on the 55. Again, I'm equally impressed with Lovie Twine, she was determined to run 55 miles and wouldn't quite until she made it.

Thank you Larry and melissa Sharp for bringing Runners Church, and giving a sermon before the race. I hope to see you back next year.

Being a first-year event, not everything went perfect, but I learned a lot, and I'll be implementing a lot of changes moving forward. I hope to see everyone back next year, thank you again for coming out. And results will be posted on UltraSignup ASAP.
