MO State Fair Queen Contest

Good luck to our Boone County Fair Queen Carly Samuel today as she competes for the Missouri State Fair Queen title. Talent portion of the competition starts at 8:30 and formal wear will begin at 1:00pm with the crowning around 3:30pm.

Meet Zachary Grace, Assistant Fire Chief with the City of Columbia Fire Department. 🚒

While thousands of people are making memories at the Boone County Fair, Zachary and the entire fire department are working behind the scenes to help keep everyone safe.

His biggest reminders for tonight:
💧 Drink plenty of water.
👫 Stay with your group.
🚒 If you need help, police and fire personnel are here for you.

Immediately following the Demo Derby! Stay and help us close out the fair with a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the Boone County sky!
