I've been putting off posting this message, but for everyone who's been wondering about our event.

Once again we had mishaps with venues. Due to the issues of availability of suitable in our area during MLK weekend, we have made the decision to adapt our dates to availability rather than force availability to our dates.

Yes, we will do our best to not conflict with other fencing events although please keep in mind the saturation of events make that a hard task.

As soon as we find a place and have a date we will make the official announcement.

It's really hard to make this update, but we unfortunately must announce that Kings Cup 2025 will not happen due to continuing problems with finding venues suitable for the event.

We will keep on the hunt, but this time our goal is to find our new home starting in 2026.

I'm really sorry for everyone who put their HEMA event planning on hold for us. I'll make sure the wait is all worth it in our next edition.

It's the time of the year for Kings Cup to start making noise!
We are excited to come back, but as usual, it seems we face new and unique challenges.

This year MLK weekend falls alongside inauguration day. Considering the potential effects of that in regards of traveling, hotel availability in DC and other things, we are going to be (Hopefully for this years only) changing the dates of this years event.

Keep your eyes open for date announcements and expect for them to be between January and February (and don't worry, we won't clash with SoCal!)

Did you think we weren't doing the King's Champion this year?

Well, the calculations took a bit of time, but we're happy to announce this year's King's Champion!

As you know, the King's Champion is a multi-event tally of points to see who does best across at least three different events at Kings Cup. We take your three best placements, and assign points for your placements in each individual event, and find out who does the best across those multiple disciplines!

We're happy to announce winners for both the Open and URG Category!
