🕯️ ONE WEEK UNTIL MYSTERY FLAME

Next Sunday, we're gathering around the candle table at the Institute for Spiritual Development in Sparta for something a little different.

You'll pour your own East Mountain Candles candle from beginning to end—but Mystery Flame isn't about simply picking a fragrance you like.

There are six flames:
✨ Serenity
🔥 Courage
🌙 Dreams
☀️ Joy
❤️ Intimacy
💫 Abundance

And there's a reason we call it Mystery Flame.

You won't walk in already knowing which one is yours.

Through the experience, you'll get curious about the beliefs, patterns and intentions showing up in your life—and ultimately create a candle that means something specifically to you.

No candle-making experience needed.

Nothing personal you have to share.

No “right” answer you're supposed to find.

Just come curious.

TIP OF THE DAY: ❤️

07/03/2026

Before anyone pours a candle...

Before anyone discovers which flame is waiting for them...

The room is quiet.

Every seat is waiting for a story.

Every mystery bag holds an intention that no one chooses.....it chooses them.

In one week, another group of women will gather for the Mystery Flame Awakening at Kula Yoga

I can't wait to see who walks through that door.

✨ Friday, July 10
📍 Kula Yoga

Reserve your seat before they're gone.

What if the life you're meant to live is quietly waiting...
..not for more time.

Not for more money.

Not for perfect circumstances.

But for you.

Dreams have an interesting way of speaking to us.

Sometimes they arrive as excitement.

Sometimes as restlessness.

Sometimes as that quiet feeling that whispers...

"There's something more."

The challenge is that life gets loud.

Responsibilities pile up.

Calendars fill.

Days become weeks.

Weeks become years.

Before we know it, we've convinced ourselves that dreaming is something we used to do.

I don't believe that.

I believe dreams aren't given to tease us.

They're given to guide us.

Not because every dream is guaranteed...
..but because every dream has the power to shape the person we're becoming.

Over the next few days, I'd love to explore that idea with you.

Not by telling you what your dream should be...
..but by helping you remember that it's still there.

Waiting.

With gratitude,

Jessica Kolaya

A little light. Your flame awaits.

P.S. If one dream came to mind while reading this, don't dismiss it. Pay attention. It may be trying to tell you something.
