Collinsville, Illinois, produces approximately 60 percent of the world's horseradish. Always the first weekend in June, the International Horseradish Festival is a smash. In 2017, we are excited to be celebrating our 30th Anniversary of the Horseradish Fest! We have a multitude of contests, entertainment, food and drink.
