The 2026 Miss Henry County Fair Pageant, presented by Jones & DeShon Orthodontics, is this Saturday, June 6 at the Henry County Recreation Center. Doors will open at noon and the public is invited. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

Thursday, September 24 is going to be an epic night for B99.9 - Southern Virginia's Country Station Night at the Henry County Fair. For the first time ever, we will have two shows on the same night on the Bassett Furniture Stage as we welcome Legends of New Country Wallen & Wilson! Concert is included in the gate admission. We are so excited to start announcing our band lineup this year for the 6th Annual Henry County Fair taking place at Martinsville Speedway on September 23 - 26 and presented by VisitMartinsville.

All of the concerts take place on the Bassett Furniture Stage and you do not want to miss any this year. The concerts are included in the gate admission. Wednesday, September 23 we welcome Slick Jr. & the Reactors, one of the most popular local bands in Southwest Virginia playing Blues, Reggae, Funk and Roots music.

The members of the band have been performing together under various names since 1989, sharing the stage with such acts as Grammy award winner, Terrence Simien & the Zydeco Experience; Grammy nominated, Vanessa Carlton; Blue Foundation Award winner and Muddy Waters' former band leader, Bob Margolin; and award winning tenor saxophonist Ron Holloway.
