This year marks 14 years of Ms. Ro’s Dance Closet.

And honestly, this anniversary feels different.

Over the last year, I closed the physical store that had been such a big part of my life and my identity. That was not an easy decision. Ms. Ro’s Dance Closet was more than a business. It was a place where dancers, parents, teachers, and studio owners trusted me to serve them.

I am grateful for every person who walked through those doors, placed an order, sent a referral, shared a kind word, or allowed me to be part of their dance journey.

But this year was also about change.

I wrote my book, Permission to Fly

I stepped more fully into my work as a speaker, author, and empowerment coach.

I began building *Ms. Ro Speaks* as the next chapter of my journey.

The work may look different now, but the heart of it is still the same.

I am still here to encourage people.

I am still here to help others move through fear, change, and difficult seasons.

I am still here to remind people that they have permission to fully love themselves and keep moving forward.

I am honored that I have been able to serve this community for 14 years. I do not take that lightly.

Now I am asking you to continue the journey with me.
