North Country Moose Festival The Annual North Country Moose Festival is always held the weekend prior to Labor Day weekend. Come enjoy our 2-day festival!

Since 1991 the North Country has held the Moose Festival to celebrate the largest of North Country animals and showcase our area. The abundance and majesty of the local moose population, coupled with the tapestry of mountains, lakes, and streams, places this festival in the heart of a most desirable, peaceful vacation destination. Family entertainment is the heart of our country festival with great music and special events for every age. The North Country Chamber of Commerce now organizes this event, and can help answer any questions visitors, vendors or others may have.

Beginning today, October 1, Camp Resilience Executive Director Jeff Ladieu will run the entire length of New Hampshire — from Pittsburg to Nashua — to raise awareness and funds for Veteran and First Responder mental health.

Every mile of this journey has meaning, and every donation and sponsorship helps Camp Resilience continue providing programs that support those who have served our communities and our country.

Jeff is starting this incredible journey right here in the North Country, so let’s help send him off with plenty of support and encouragement!
