Everyone seemed to have a great time! As I moved around to different parts of the course, I heard many riders comment on how fun, fast, and great the course was.

It’s the smiles. The community. The fun we enjoy watching others have as to why we keep doing it.

Huge thanks to everyone who showed up and made the 11th Annual Fat Forest Fourteen one to remember. The trails were riding great, the energy was high, and yes… if you missed it, you definitely missed out. 😉

** Course Condition **

Sorry No Video today.

The course and all of the trails at Tioga Recreation Area are holding up amazing to the warmer weather we are having!

There is plenty of base to get us through this weekend. There is a few ice spots on Powers Run. We were able to rough them up so still no glare ice.

We will be out again tomorrow after the temps drop for the Friday Night Lights. This will give us the opportunity to evaluate and make any necessary adjustments.

Racers plan on using studs

🚵 The maps for all three distances — 7, 14, and 21 miles — are now available.
Same course, different laps:
• 7 miles = 1 loop
• 14 miles = 2 loops
• 21 miles = 3 loops

👉 The full course map is available on Trailforks listed under “Fat Forest Fourteen 2026”. You’ll also see it on Strava, but heads up: Strava doesn’t fully utilize haul roads, so Trailforks is the most accurate reference.

Course flow:

West Haul Road → Greenway Rough Rider → No Place Like Home → Ruby Slipper → Powers Run → small snippet of Tioga party → Haul Road → Thrillseeker → East Haul Road → Vedas Free Press → Gears (k)nob → East Gurley Flynn
