Happy Flag Day in the Borough!

Just a reminder that The Necessary Experience will be in the Iris Theatre at The Motzing Center this afternoon from 2-5:00pm for a special Sunday Music In the Park.

Stop in for some great music with friends, neighbors and family!

The BBQ is stilll on in pavilion 1. Vendors will be in the fire hall. Music and fun will be in theatre. Not quite as planned, but Plan B will still be a great time.

Good morning, CCC! We've received a few questions about Church in the Park, so here are your answers!

1. Yes! It has been moved to our building!
2. The service starts at 10:30am!
3. We will NOT be providing childcare, children's ministry activities, CCC Kids classes etc. your kiddos can join us in the sanctuary for the day!

An update on Flag Day 2026.

Given the forecast, Church In The Park is moving inside at the Cochranton Community Church, the BBQ by the American Legion will still be in Pavilion 1 at Lions Park, the vendors will be in the fire hall.

The Necessary Experience will be outside if the forecast is wrong, at the Iris Theatre in The Motzing Center, if it looks like rain. Join us from 2-5:00 at Lions Park or in the theatre if it rains.

Thanks to our partners at The Motzing Center for always being there for us.

Cochranton will have a fun day tomorrow despite the forecast!

Sad to see, but it is what it is.
We know George Washington and his Army did NOT give in to weather and neither are we as Cochranton celebrates America's 250th Anniversary/Birthday on Flag Day tomorrow!
Look for our "tent" in the Cochranton Volunteer Fire Dept & Emergency Service hall! We'll have America 250 style souvenirs, cookies, and Meat Raffle Tickets!
(YES, WE ARE ANNOUNCING A MEAT RAFFLE to be drawn Friday night at the fair! Stop by our spot and check it out -- 1st Prize = $1,000 worth of meat from Field's Custom Slaughtering, 2nd Prize = $300 worth of meat from Field's Custom Slaughtering, and 3rd Prize = $100 worth of meat from Field's Custom Slaughtering! ONLY 350 tickets to be sold! Stop by Sunday to buy your tickets! SGOC #26059)
AND, our very own Cochranton Community Horse Show is still planning its Pleasure Show for tomorrow no matter what! (If you live/grew up on a farm and had any animals including horses, you know animal husbandry doesn't stop because of rain etc..... We'll see y'all tomorrow -- plan ahead and bring a jacket and or muddin' boots!)
