Alright, let’s clear this up before anyone shows up with a fork and unrealistic expectations… 🥧

The 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 is bringing you two very important cobbler situations:

👑 The COBBler Contest
This is where the magic happens. Entries will be judged, champions will be crowned, and bragging rights will be aggressively claimed.
HOWEVER… this cobbler is NOT for public consumption.
Yes, we know. It’s hard. Stay strong. Do not tackle the judges.

🥧 The Eating Cobbler (aka your moment)
The amazing Mountain Lions Club & Cobb Community Center will be on-site selling blackberry cobbler to the public—so you will get your fix without committing a cobbler-related crime.

So to recap:
Contest cobbler = admire from a respectful distance
Lions Club cobbler = absolutely demolish with enthusiasm
Come hungry, come curious, and come ready for a berry good time. 🍇

And, save the date, folks, for the best darn tootin' Blackberry COBBler Festival around! Saturday, August 29th!

Yep, you know these guys — Adam, Jeff, Doug & Nick — local boys collectively known as Broken Trucks. And yes, they’re rolling back into town for our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 on Saturday, August 29th!

Serving up their signature mix of rock, country & blues, these guys know exactly how to keep a crowd hanging around a little longer than they planned. If you caught them at last year’s festival, then you already know… Broken Trucks doesn’t arrive quietly. 🍻🎶

Facebook: "What's on your mind?" 🤔

Blackberry COBBler Festival:

🫐 Blackberries.

More specifically...

🫐 Blackberry cobbler.

Actually, let's be honest...

🫐 Blackberry cobbler with a big mound of whipped cream on it!

Now that we think about it, we're also thinking about:
🎶 Live music
🛍️ Vendors
👨‍🍳 Our Blackberry Cobbler Contest
🍴 Eating Blackberry Cobbler
🎨 Kids' Zone
😎 Small-community summer fun

So basically, Facebook asked what's on our mind, and the answer is:

Blackberries.

Blackberries in desserts.
Blackberries in jams.
Blackberries in drinks.
Blackberries in things that probably don't need blackberries but somehow would be improved by them.

It's getting a little out of hand over here.

Then again, that's what happens when you're counting down to our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026.

And yes, we're still ridiculously proud of the fact that it's COBBler because it's on Cobb Mountain.

We may never stop congratulating ourselves for that one. 😂🫐🥧

VENDORS, we are at vendor capacity.

🚨 This just in, folks! 🚨

We’ve got a fresh addition to our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 music lineup… and if you know, you KNOW.
Say hello to Tom Drinnon 👏

IYKYK… and if you don’t? Well, you’re about to find out real quick.
Tom brings that laid-back, crowd-pleasing, “oh, hey, how did I end up dancing with cobbler in my hand?” kind of vibe. The kind of music that sneaks up on you—in a good way—and suddenly you’re sticking around longer than you planned because “just one more song” turns into… several.

So now let’s review your game plan:
🥧 Eat cobbler
🎶 Catch Tom Drinnon live
😎 Pretend you’ve been a fan all along

Trust us… our lineup just got even sweeter.

Our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 is Saturday, August 29th at Belmont Pines Golf Course on beautiful Cobb Mountain!

We are at capacity for vendors.

We can hardly believe this is our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 already! 🫐🥧

And for those of you who are new around here and have been staring at the word “COBBler” wondering why we aggressively capitalize “COBB” like we accidentally leaned on the keyboard…

There’s a reason.

It’s because the festival happens in the Cobb Mountain community.

COBB Mountain… COBBler.

See what we did there? 😎

Honestly, when we came up with that little gem years ago, we were so proud of ourselves we practically needed oxygen. There may have been high-fives. Possibly interpretive victory dancing. We definitely patted ourselves on the back for an unreasonable amount of time.

And truthfully? We’re STILL chuckling about it.

Because apparently this is the level of entertainment that happens when you combine small-community festival planning with blackberries and baked goods.

Anyway, now you’re in on the joke too.

Welcome to the Blackberry COBBler Festival cult. 🫐🥧

National Blackberry Day is September 12th.
National Blackberry Cobbler Day is July 9th.

So naturally, we split the difference like the reasonable cobbler-obsessed people we are and landed our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 right smack dab in the middle on Saturday, August 29th, from 10am–5pm. 🫐

Honestly, it just feels scientifically correct.

And yes, this glorious celebration of blackberries and baked goods will include:
🫐 Tons of vendors — many bringing blackberry-inspired goodies
🫐 Blackberry cobbler contest entries from brave and competitive bakers
🫐 Blackberry cobbler eating because dignity is overrated
🫐 Live music all day
🫐 A Kids’ Zone for the tiny sugar-fueled humans

It’s basically one giant Cobb Mountain celebration of blackberries, community, music, and desserts.

Mark your calendars now, because missing a festival dedicated to cobbler would be a weird choice. 🥧

VENDORS, we are at capacity.

🍇🫐 Our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 is shaping up to be downright BERRYTASTIC, BERRYLICIOUS, and maybe even a little BERRYBONKERS. 😏

Seriously… there is gonna be SO much going on that you may leave feeling completely BERRYDAZZLED.

Here’s just a taste of the berry madness headed your way:

🫐 Around 100 vendors, many bringing blackberry-themed goodies, crafts, treats, art, and all kinds of berryrific finds
🎶 Multiple live musicians & bands bringing the soundtrack to your berry happy day
🥧 The famous blackberry cobbler contest, where local bakers battle for cobbler glory
🍨 Blackberry cobbler for purchase from the Mountain Lions Club & Cobb Community Center fundraiser because life is short and cobbler is important
🎈 A Kids Zone packed with fun for the little berryburstin’ humans
👗 AND… something BRAND NEW this year… a BLACKBERRY COSTUME CONTEST.

Yes. You read that correctly. Blackberry costumes. 🍇🤣

And honestly? We don’t fully know where this is headed either, but we are absolutely here for the berry chaos. More details on that little berrysplosion coming soon. 👀

So mark those calendars for August 29th from 11am-5pm and prepare yourselves for a full day of berrywild fun, good food, music, laughter, shopping, and enough blackberry goodness to send your grandma into berryvana. 🫐✨

🚨 BLACKBERRY COBBler FESTIVAL VENDOR PEEPS, A QUICK PSA! 🚨

Yes, we are officially at vendor capacity for our 6th Annual Blackberry COBBler Festival 2026 on Cobb, and YES, we do have a wait list going. Which apparently means the scammers have entered the chat. 🙄 (Well, they've always been out there lurking, awaiting their chance)

Please do NOT fall prey to random people commenting or messaging you claiming they can “get you in” as a vendor. Their one and only goal is to separate you from your hard-earned money while contributing absolutely nothing useful to society.

For the love of blackberries, cobbler, and common sense, do not respond to anyone sharing vendor information unless it is directly from this page or from Jennifer Gayda at Bottlerock Candle Studio.

We will NEVER have random third-party “vendor coordinators” popping into comment sections asking for deposits, Cash Apps, Venmos, carrier pigeons, or your firstborn child. 🚩

If you’re ever unsure, message this page directly before sending money or information to anyone.

Stay smart, stay cautious, and let’s keep the scammers off the mountain where they belong. 😏
