HPA’s Joga Adult League Features:
MULTIPLE DIVISIONS: Coed Division 1 (Competitive), Coed Division 2 (Intermediate), Coed Division 3 (Ages 30+)
CAPACITY: Each team roster is capped at 14 players, Coed Teams must have a minimum of 2 women on the field at all times.
GAME DAYS: Mondays (Coed D1), Tuesdays (Coed D2), Thursdays (Coed D3)
GAME TIMES: (7:30pm, 8:30pm, 9:30pm)
REQUIREMENTS:
Players must be ages 16+ for Coed Divisions 1 and 2.
Players must be 30+ for Coed D3 with the exception of 2 players max from ages 25-29.
Teams must provide their own jerseys (Jerseys may be purchased at an additional cost through HPA)
No Cleats allowed on the indoor turf
