Over the past year, including this past week, we've received numerous inquiries from Midwest music festival fans regarding our status. We acknowledge that it has been nearly 11 months since our last update, and we deeply appreciate your patience and support.

We believe it's important to share the primary reason behind our current pause.

We have faced challenges concerning certain financial aspects within our partnership group. Despite efforts to address these matters, a resolution has not yet been achieved. Consequently, we initiated legal proceedings in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on June 20, 2024, and October 31, 2024, to pursue our claims through the legal process.

As a result, these circumstances have necessitated a legal resolution, affecting not only our team but also the artists, vendors, and fans who make these festivals special.

Organizing large-scale events requires significant dedication, time, and financial resources. Our team has extensive experience, having successfully produced 20 music festivals since 2016. Bringing these festivals to life is about the fans, artists, vendors, the communities where we work, and our shared passion for live music.

Building any event requires patience, persistence, financial investment, and - most importantly - trust among all parties involved. After 35 years in this industry, working at the highest levels, we recognize that honoring commitments is essential for success.

Due to these ongoing matters, we have been unable to stage festivals this past year. The situation is challenging for our entire team, and we understand it may be equally difficult for you - the fans who have made these festivals so special.

To everyone who has reached out, supported us, and shared their love for our music events - thank you. Your passion and belief in what we do mean the world to us. We share in your disappointment, but we also share in your hope for what's to come.

Greetings Wonder Fans -

We realize it’s been radio silence since last September, so we will cut to the chase.

We definitely plan to continue the Wonder festivals!

As you know, we’ve been staging our music festivals for many years.
It costs a lot of money to run these events and the second half of last year was really tough.

As the ‘23 festival season ended, a few of us were left to cover all the costs.
This was different from how things began and continues to be both deeply disappointing and unsustainable.

We are committed to putting last year behind us and gearing up for the future.

At this time, we are reviewing opportunities with new partners –
partners who will allow us to become better and stronger.

Like any industry, there are times of disruption and we have to adapt. Now is one of those times.

What drives us to succeed is each of you. We all know that music festivals are the ultimate unifier of people.
The festival experience is incredible and hard to duplicate.

The Wonder fests may take place later than usual, but there are no plans to give up what we started.

Thank you for your continued interest and support. Check periodically on all socials for updates.
