Tony & Legend kicked off Monday with a final coaching session before stepping into the spotlight for their Preliminary Auditions where they performed for an incredible panel of industry judges. After such a huge Jimmy Awards milestone, the nominees celebrated with NYC pizza, donuts, and a lively cabaret sing-along night! 🎼🌙 🍕

Tuesday brought more hard work with warm-ups, vocal rehearsals, and staging for the Opening Number. Then came a truly magical evening with dinner at Carmine’s alongside surprise guests from MJ the Musical, followed by seeing the show and an inspiring talkback with cast members about life on Broadway. We are so proud of Tony & Legend and can't wait to see them perform on Monday at the ! 👏🤩

The first two days of Jimmy Awards Rehearsals were a whirlwind for Legend and Tony! They arrived in NYC, joining 114 fellow nominees and the Jimmy Awards ceremony choreography team for a dance call. 🌇

The nominees then had a Q&A with the panel of choreographers and ended the dance portion of the day with a Fosse workshop. The rest of the day was spent in music rehearsals working on the Opening Number with ceremony Music Supervisor Geoffrey Ko. 🎩

On Sunday, they had a physical warm-up with coach Nikki Kimbrough before the nominees’ first Preliminary Coaching sessions. Tony’s preliminary coach is Adam J. Levy () and Legend’s is Desi Oakley (). 🎶

After coaching, they continued to work on the Opening Number vocals. In the afternoon, they jumped back into Preliminary Coaching sessions before reuniting as a full group to continue learning the music for the Jimmy Awards Closing Number. Stay tuned for more of Legend and Tony's journey! ✨

Jimmy Awards, here we come! 🛫
Tony and Legend are on their way to New York City where they will participate in a national celebration of outstanding student achievement in musical theater, the ! We are so excited to see them learn and perform on Broadway. Break a leg, Tony and Legend! 🌟🏙️👏

It was a dazzling month that started with headshots for our nominees and rehearsals for the Dazzle Awards. Next was the Red carpet, followed by the 2026 Dazzle Awards presented by Pat and John Chapman. At the end of the month our Dazzle Award Winners for best Actress and Actor, Legend and Tony, went live on Fox 8! We are so grateful to everyone who made last month unforgettable! 💫
