We're excited to welcome everyone to the upcoming performance of legendary country artist Dwight Yoakam π€ this Thursday, October 15. We want to make sure you and your guests have a great experience, so please take note of the information about the reschedule prior to your arrival at the venue.
If you had tickets to the March performance π and chose to transfer your tickets to the October 15 rescheduled date, you MUST present your re-issued October tickets at the door. March ticket QR codes will not scan. If you come with March tickets, our Ambassadors π will redirect you to the box office before you are allowed to enter the theater. Every patron must have a valid ticket for the October rescheduled date. Note that the BPAC cannot honor or exchange tickets purchased through third party resellers.
Need ticketing help? Let us take care of you BEFORE the day of the show!
β’ Can't remember where your tickets are? If you chose to have them reissued, they were likely emailed π© to you in late May or June of this year as we employed our rescheduling campaign for patrons.
β’ Can't find them in your email? Call us at the box office π€³ at 662-846-4626 with your order name or number and we will re-issue your October tickets by email.
β’ Gave your tickets to a friend? We need your help here! π We don't know if you gave your tickets for the March performance to a friend. And, since those tickets are in your name, we have no way to contact them. Please let them know that the March tickets aren't valid and give them your October tickets instead, so they don't show up to the performance and leave feeling disappointed.
β’ Do you have other questions about ticketing? Contact our main office at 662-846-4625 and we will be happy to assist you!
