United Street Machines Association USMA has dedicated themselves to specializing in charity events, doing fundraisers that are built around the classics,hot rods, car and truck enthusiasts.

United Street Machines several times has been named top charity car club in the United States. Because of the number of events USMA produces, these awards have been broken down in regions for fairness to all clubs. Now USMA is considered to be the number one charity car club in the Midwest. USMA has produced over 2,500 events, has had a membership throughout the years of nearly 7,000. For 2014 the

USMA schedule has 29 different types of fun car events to participate in. USMA has done 28 Shriner indoor car shows raising thousands of dollars for burned and crippled kids; the host club of the Down on Main Street Clawson Lions Club Show raising thousands for Leader Dogs; Handicapped Boy Scouts 27 years, M.D. Show 27 years; Vietnam Veterans, YWCA, Abuse Shelters, Center Line Lions, Rotary Clubs, Memorial Shows, Special Olympics, and we are very proud of our Billy Sohns Memorial display at Hunter Community Center in Clawson.

As the cruise season comes to a close, I hope all had the best times playing with cool cars. This October weather has given us another month to go have fun with cars. It has been a tough season losing those on Team USMA & fellow members. USMA will have a ten-car block of cars on display at the Shiny Rust indoor show in Waterford the first weekend of November. Anyone else interested in entering a car or truck (must be 95 or older) contact Randy Shinyrust.com 586 493 4344. Computer lady Ms. Marta has been working on the United Street Machines page. Bringing Billy Sohns & Dave King stories & pictures. When you are on USMA page click on More then Groups. Also, in INFO section you can watch two videos, one of how I got Dream Cruise started, the life of USMA with Billy. I will try to post more show & cruise info, maybe more pictures than before. I do hope it helps, I do get a lot of emails, requests, questions about shows & so much more. I say often our show & cruise crew does miss doing events. Mostly we miss those who supported USMA since my first show 1971. Best always. Ralph Haney USMA for life!
