🌞 🏝️ 💃 SOUTH PADRE, TEXAS 🌞 🏝️ 💃 Steps at Tiffany’s dance trip 2026!
50 of us total, including the varsity and senior dance team members, as well as parents, some siblings, and grandmas had the trip of a lifetime to remember in Texas this past week!! Our tour had us seeing the best of the island: an amazing beach, resort, dolphin cruise, sunset dinner cruise, Port Isabel lighthouse, an amusement park, souvenir shopping, and waterpark where the girls also got to perform! It was probably the most unique venue we’ve ever entertained at with the stage overlooking a pool and lazy river! We indulged in amazing seafood (and regular cuisine for those who weren’t seafood enthusiasts!), enjoyed an amazing beach and resort, and had more memories, laughs, and adventures than there is room to even document!!
We added another first for the trip due to weather in Dallas and had to extend our stay when some of our flights were cancelled. We decided it was the year of weather after the luncheon postponement and recital time switch, also due to weather! It was a test of mental toughness and we came out on the other side and could list probably 999 unexpected events that could happen while flying! We made it! We also will never think of dolphins or chicken strips the same either! To our trusty guide, Shalom, you have our whole hearts. 💕 Our bus driver, Jerry, you were alright alright 😃👌🏻👌🏻To my amazing dancers and dance family that came along, I could not be more proud to call you mine! It was an adventure for the ages and an absolutely amazing place to take in and leave our small town Nebraska mark on! 🫶🏻
