🍿 Meet the Crew: Festival Media Coordinator

We're so glad that Aaron is our Festival Media Coordinator (Translation: he does a ton of stuff to make sure the Mtn Craft Film Festival runs smoothly)

You'll probably find him in the back of the theater, building out our run of show, or programming cues with the Robinson Grand crew.

You can also find his work on the marquee out front, where we show off the on-screen graphics he made for the weekend.

Above all, he makes sure those films of yours play without any technical difficulties. And for allll of that... we're super grateful. 🙏

Electric Jesus is a feature-length musical that follows a Christian hair metal band on tour in the summer of '86.

Its chaotic comedy and lively original songs made this a fan favorite for our festival audience when we screened it in 2024.

(Plus, we were thrilled to host live music from the soundtrack on-stage!)

We screened the documentary "Small Town Universe" in 2025, and were thrilled to feature a Q&A with a few of its subjects.

Small Town Universe is an intimate portrait of life in Green Bank, West Virginia, home to the world's most sensitive radio telescope (Green Bank Observatory ) and the only U.S. town that bans Wi-Fi and cell phones.

We had an improv workshop at our film fest? YES! AND, it was a hit! 😉

Jason Young—programming manager at the Robinson Grand, actor, and improv comedian—was the perfect leader for this workshop, created for actors looking to improve on-camera.

Actors and comedy-lovers alike really enjoyed this one. 🎭
